At Whiz11, we offer access to AI-powered sports analytics and team-building tools through affordable one-time

passes. These include Match Passes, Day Passes, Series Passes, Weekend Passes, and Tournament Passes.
Each pass grants access to analytical features for the selected duration only.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and consumable nature of our services, all purchases made on Whiz11 are final and nonrefundable once access to the AI tools has been granted.

2. No Partial Refunds or Cancellations

We do not offer partial refunds, cancellations, or credit for unused time, early termination, or accidental
purchases. Please verify your selections before confirming payment.

3. Exceptions for Duplicate Transactions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error
  • Your account was debited without successful activation of the selected pass.

In such cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction at: support@whiz11.com
Please attach proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID) for quicker resolution.

4. No Refunds for User Errors

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Wrong selection of pass (e.g., Match instead of Series).
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Inability to use the service due to user-side issues (device compatibility, login errors, etc.).
 
5. Service Disruption

In the rare event of a prolonged platform outage or disruption caused by our systems (not third-party services),
we may extend pass validity or offer access credits at our discretion. Monetary refunds will not be issued for
intermittent downtime
